Refund, Cancellation and Subscription Policy
OG Project Partners Inc.
Proposed effective date: 1 October 2026 · Last reviewed: 26 September 2026
This Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, refunds, credits and rescheduling are handled for OGPP memberships, digital products, events and professional services. The checkout page or signed agreement may provide more specific terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
1. Before purchase
The checkout presents the material features of the product or service, total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, delivery method and cancellation process. Review your order and retain the confirmation. If material terms are missing, contact OGPP before completing your purchase.
2. Memberships and subscriptions
- You may cancel through the account controls or the cancellation method stated at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the offer says otherwise.
- After cancellation, future renewal charges stop. Access may continue until the end of the paid period.
- Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable and not prorated, except where the offer, a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
- If OGPP materially reduces a prepaid service and cannot provide a reasonable substitute, OGPP may provide a proportionate credit or refund as appropriate.
- A free or discounted trial converts to a paid plan only when checkout clearly discloses the conversion terms and the user authorizes them.
3. Digital products and downloads
Because access or download may be delivered immediately, digital products are generally final sale after access has been provided, except where the product is defective, materially different from its description, not delivered, or a refund is required by law. Contact OGPP promptly with the order number and a description of the issue.
4. Professional services
Deposits, milestone payments, cancellation fees and refunds for consulting, implementation, workshops or custom work are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees earned for work performed and non-cancellable third-party costs are not refundable. OGPP will provide an accounting of work and applicable credits where reasonably requested.
5. Events, appointments and rescheduling
The booking page states any applicable rescheduling or no-show rule. If no specific rule was disclosed, OGPP will use reasonable efforts to reschedule once when notice is provided before the appointment. If OGPP cancels or reschedules an event, it will offer a replacement, credit or refund for the affected OGPP fee, as appropriate.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@ogprojectpartners.ca with the purchaser’s name, order or invoice number, date, service and reason. Do not email payment-card details. OGPP may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable; bank or payment-provider processing times are outside OGPP’s control.
7. Billing errors and chargebacks
Contact OGPP promptly about a suspected duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge so it can be investigated. Nothing in this Policy restricts rights available through a payment provider or law. Deliberately false chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery of reasonable costs where permitted.
8. Statutory rights
This Policy does not limit cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be waived. Alberta consumer rules may grant remedies for qualifying internet sales, including where required disclosures are missing or delivery obligations are not met.
