Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects users, clients, OGPP and third parties. It applies to websites, Strategy Advisor, accounts, application interfaces, uploads, community features and other digital services.

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not engage in:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative or harmful activity.
  • Content or activity that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, intrusion, disruption, denial of service or evasion of safeguards.
  • Impersonation, misleading affiliation, fabricated testimonials, spam or commercial messages sent without required consent.
  • Submitting personal, confidential or regulated data without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards.
  • Scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, automated access or model extraction except as expressly authorized in writing.
  • Resale, sublicensing, account sharing, white-labelling or removal of notices without written permission.
  • Using outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, legal rights, safety or access to essential services.
  • Creating or distributing sexual exploitation material, violent wrongdoing instructions, targeted harassment or content that creates a material risk of harm.
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated work as professionally reviewed, certified, guaranteed or approved by OGPP or a regulator.

2. Fair use and technical limits

Users must observe documented rate, storage, seat and usage limits and must not interfere with other users. OGPP may apply proportionate controls to protect service integrity and manage excessive or abusive consumption.

3. Enforcement

OGPP may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence and report conduct where reasonably necessary or legally required. When appropriate, OGPP will give notice and an opportunity to correct a breach. Serious security, legal or safety risks may require immediate action.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or security issues to security@ogprojectpartners.ca. Do not conduct intrusive testing or disclose sensitive details publicly.
