Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid OGPP services. Specific engagement agreements take precedence over this general policy.

Paid consultations

Paid consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation terms are to be confirmed by OGPP before publication.

Strategy Advisor membership

Membership billing, trial and cancellation terms will be published when membership launches. Until then, no membership charges apply.

Advisory engagements

Project and advisory engagements follow the refund and termination terms in the signed engagement agreement.
